For the <br /> existing condition,the calculated rainfall runoff is 9.71 cfs. When all proposed improvements are <br /> completed,the calculated rainfall runoff is 24.05 cfs. Rainfall runoff will be directed towards drain <br /> sumps,with each drain sump having a 2 cfs capacity;therefore,8 drain sumps are required to <br /> dissipate the 14.35 cfs net increase in rainfall runoff.
