Commissioner Okabe moved to approve the Change in Officers as <br />follows: Removal of Omar Macedo, Executive Vice President, effective <br />June 6, 2024, by form received June 5, 2024; Removal of Thomas Heath, <br />Treasurer, effective June 6, 2024, by form received June 7, 2024; of its <br />Club liquor license, Category B2, located at 73-4676 Queen Ka`ahumanu <br />Highway, Mile Marker 95, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; Seconded by <br />Commissioner Taniguchi. <br />Nishimoto: Any discussion of the motion? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Nishimoto: Okay, let's take a vote. All in favor say "Aye. " <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Nishimoto: Opposed "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by Commissioners. <br />Nishimoto: Okay, so we approved that, Change in Officers. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />g.
