Commissioner Taniguchi moved to approve the Change in <br />Members, and Application for Transfer of Membership Interest <br />as follows: Removal of Bennett Dorrance, Jr., as Trustee of <br />the Bennett Dorance Jr. Trust dated December 11, 1989, as <br />amended, Member; 50% Transfer of Membership Interest to <br />Leigh Dorrance, Member; effective May 31, 2022, by forms <br />received June 13, 2024; of its Small Craft Producer Pub liquor <br />licenses, Category B2, for both Hawaii Island locations; <br />Seconded by Commissioner Greenwell. <br />Nishimoto: Any discussion of the motion? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Nishimoto: Alright, let's take a vote.
