[It] <br /> TETRA TECH <br /> County of Hawaii-Statement of Qualifications for Fiscal Year 2025 J <br /> Client(s) Project Name Description Period of <br /> Performance <br /> Hawai RCPT Under contract with the City and County of Honolulu's DEM,on behalf of the Hawaii Regional Catastrophic <br /> CCH DEM Strategic Plan and Planning Team(RCPT),and inclusive of the Counties of Maui,Kauai,and Hawaii,Tetra Tech developed a <br /> Grant Closeout regional Strategic Plan and other deliverables related to closeout of the Regional Catastrophic Grant 2014 to 2015 <br /> Deliverables Program(RCGP). Deliverables included a regional training and exercise plan,a grant linkage plan,and a <br /> sustainment plan. <br /> Oahu Coastal The Oahu Coastal Communities Evacuation Project is a critical preparedness effort for the residents and <br /> Communities visitors of Oahu,to establish tsunami evacuation routes,signage and designated Safe Sites correlated with <br /> CCH DEM Evacuation Planning updated tsunami modeling. Tetra Tech was contracted to complete Phase 2, which was comprised of 2017 to 2019 <br /> Project,Honolulu, tsunami evacuation routing and Safe Site identification for the southern coast of Oahu.To assist the City in <br /> Hawaii promoting vertical evacuation, Phase 2 included the design and development of an engineering evaluation <br /> tool to serve as the basis for a future Tsunami-Safe Vertical Evacuation Program. <br /> Tetra Tech was contracted by the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting to <br /> develop the Waikiki Area Adaptation Plan. The focus of this plan is to recommend near-term(30 years) <br /> CCH Dept.of Waikiki Area design guidelines and regulatory changes to the Waikiki Special Design District.The Waikiki Area Adaptation <br /> Planning& Plan result in area-wide design recommendations that will maintain Waikiki's'sense of place".The proposed 2023-2026 <br /> Permitting(DPP) Adaptation Plan guidelines and recommendations will reinforce Waikiki as a resort destination,pedestrian priority place,and <br /> livable urban neighborhood. The Plan area generally aligns with the Waikiki Special Design District,while <br /> includes consideration of adjacent parcels and areas that are relevant for adaptation planning purposes. <br /> Under contract with the CCH DPP,Tetra Tech is developing a Hazus-compliant building inventory in Oahu for <br /> CCH DPP Oahu Flood Hazard flood-prone areas, which includes filling in data gaps, creating flood depth grids for modeling, running a 2023-present <br /> Analysis Hazus Level 2 analysis,and developing a report describing the potential for physical damage,economic loss, <br /> and social disruption,along with mitigation measures to reduce flood risk. <br /> City and County Tetra Tech provided information on storage and use of hazardous chemicals in the Waipahu area and to <br /> of Honolulu, evaluate the potential off-site consequences for a chemical release or fire.Updated the City and County of <br /> Local Emergency Waipahu Hazard Honolulu Emergency Operations Plan and shared findings with emergency first responders for the Waipahu <br /> Planning Analysis area.Collaborated with stakeholders and project team to develop technical approach.Administered survey to 2008 <br /> Committee businesses to identify those that store/use hazardous substances. Maintained a CAMEO database of <br /> (LEPC) chemical inventory quantities for each business.Identified worst-case and alternative-case release scenarios <br /> for each hazardous substance.Conducted toxic threat zone modeling. <br /> Tetra Tech is preparing a comprehensive update to the Kauai County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan.The focus <br /> Kauai Emergency Kauai County Multi- of this project is a comprehensive risk assessment of twelve natural hazards of concern.Hazus-MH will be <br /> Management Hazard Mitigation utilized to assess the dam failure,tropical cyclone,earthquake and flood hazards.Tetra Tech's level II,user- 2020 to 2021 <br /> Agency and Resilience Plan defined protocol will be applied to the earthquake and flood analyses.The plan will be facilitated through a <br /> multi-member Steering Committee made up of planning partners and other stakeholders from within the <br /> planning area.Due to COVID-19,this plan will include a virtual multi-media public involvement strategy. <br /> PAGE 23 <br />
