<br /> Ms. Ishisaka is an experienced structural & civil engineer with experience in a
<br /> wide variety of both design and construction projects. Projects have involved
<br /> reinforced, prestressed and post-tensioned concrete; structural steel;
<br /> masonry; and timber construction. She has extensive experience with the
<br /> following types of projects: Hospitals, Department of Defense projects, airport
<br /> facilities, commercial/office buildings, residential buildings, educational
<br /> facilities, and hotels.

<br /> Street. Project deliverables include an Environmental Assessment,
<br /> M.S., Civil Engineering Preliminary Engineering Reports and Plans, and Construction Drawings.

<br /> Hawaii, Structural &Civil Engineering Services for the widening and partial realignment of Puainako
<br /> Engineering#14567- Street from Komohana Street to just east of Kilauea Avenue. Services
<br /> S&C included Traffic Impact Analysis, Hydrology and Hydraulic Engineering, and
<br /> Civil and Structural Engineering. Improvements include creating a new four-
<br /> Guam, Civil lane divided roadway on a new alignment and widening of a portion of the
<br /> Engineering, #2068 existing roadway from two to four lanes Estimated construction cost$60
<br /> Guam, Structural million.
<br /> Engineering, #2107 Mamalahoa Highway Drainage Improvements, 2006. Design Engineer. Ka'u,
<br /> Accredited Hawaii. SSFM provided Environmental Documentation, Preliminary Planning

<br /> USand Design, and Final Design services. The Project consists of raising a
<br /> Profe2009 section of the existing highway and installing large concrete box culverts to
<br /> mitigate flooding problems that have caused previous road closures. Design
<br /> FHWA-NHI Safety services included hydrology and hydraulic analysis and civil and structural
<br /> Inspection of In-Service engineering. Improvements include road widening, cross culverts, drainage
<br /> Bridges Certification, swales, embankment stabilization, retaining walls, and right of way
<br /> 2011 delineation. Estimated construction cost$6 million.
<br /> HELCO Kahaluu Switching Station —Communications Building Foundation
<br /> Work. Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Client Contact. This project included structural
<br /> foundation design for a pre-engineered precast Communications building, 6'-
<br /> 8" x 11'-0". Services included design, construction administration, and special
<br /> inspection. We also provided assistance with coordinating the necessary
<br /> permit with the County of Hawaii. Estimated construction cost$400,000.

<br /> Work. South Kona, Hawaii. Client Contact. This project included structural
<br /> foundation design for a pre-engineered precast Communications building, 6'-
<br /> 8" x 11'-0". Services included design, construction administration, and special
<br /> inspection. We also provided $275,000.
