Project Manager. Environmental <br /> SSFM International services including collecting renovation-specific toxicity characteristic leaching <br /> procedure (TCLP) analysis of the projected waste stream for the metal roof <br /> decking at Aloha Stadium. <br /> EDUCATION Puainako Street Widening, Hilo, Hawaii. Design Engineer. SSFM provided <br /> B.S., Aerospace Planning and Environmental Documentation as well as Preliminary <br /> Engineering, University Engineering Services for the widening and extension of Puainako Street from <br /> of Southern California Komohana Street to Kilauea Street. Services included Traffic Impact <br /> (May 2002) Analysis, Hydrology and Hydraulic Engineering, and Civil Engineering. <br /> Improvements include widening the existing two-lane Puainako Street to a <br /> REGISTRATION four-lane divided roadway with landscaped median. The widened facility will <br /> Hawaii, Civil include new bike lanes and raised sidewalks for pedestrian access. Estimated <br /> Engineering#13480-C construction cost$60 million. <br /> Certified Project Keahuolu Phase 0 Roadway and Promenade Design, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. <br /> Management Design Engineer. SSFM provided Environmental Documentation and Design <br /> Professional, 2007 services. Phase 0 of the project provides a new roadway, three new <br /> entrances to Kailua District Park, and a pedestrian and bike promenade. The <br /> improvements support the Kailua District Park and the Queen Lili`uokalani <br /> Trust Master Plans and include new pavements, raised sidewalks, shared use <br /> path, drainage improvements, intersection improvements, street lighting, <br /> landscaping, and new utility lines. Estimated construction cost$5 million. <br /> Kamakaeha Avenue, Phase 1A, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Project Engineer. <br /> SSFM provided Subdivision processing and Design services. The <br /> Kamakaeha Avenue extension provides a new roadway to serve the main <br /> entrance of the new Kona Judiciary Complex. Improvements included new <br /> pavement, raised sidewalks, drainage improvements, intersection <br /> improvements, street lighting, landscaping, and utility lines. Estimated <br /> construction cost$3.7 million <br /> Queen Kaahumanu Highway Widening Phase 2, from Kealakehe Parkway to <br /> Keahole Airport Road, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Civil Project Engineer. The <br /> project includes engineering and construction services to widen Queen <br /> Kaahumanu Highway from the existing two (2) lanes to a four(4) lane divided <br /> highway. Estimated construction cost$76 million. <br /> Mamalahoa Highway Drainage Improvements, Ka`u, Hawaii. Project Engineer. <br /> SSFM provided Environmental Documentation, Preliminary Planning and <br /> Design, and Final Design services. The Project consists of raising a section of <br /> the existing highway and installing large concrete box culverts to mitigate <br /> flooding problems that have caused previous road closures. Project <br /> deliverables include an Environmental Assessment, Preliminary Engineering <br /> Reports and Plans, and Construction Drawings. Estimated construction cost <br /> $6 million. <br />
