This review <br /> involved inventorying and reviewing all state department plans, <br /> strategic plans, functional plans, and capital improvement plans; <br /> identifying common themes and policy directions. SSFM <br /> developed findings as to the overall status of plans and prepared <br /> findings and recommendations for the next step in updating the <br /> State Planning Act. <br /> Cost: $$49,933 (fees) <br /> Waimanalo Community Master Land Use Plan <br /> ILW Waimanalo, Oahu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM developed an Exploratory Document that communicates <br /> values, places, and ideas that the community holds dear. It <br /> identifies the things that need to be preserved, created, or <br /> improved upon in order to keep Waimanalo, Waimanalo well into <br /> the future. The time horizon for the Strategic Community Plan is 20 <br /> years. <br /> Cost: $245,541 (fees) <br /> Coconut Island DC Microgrid <br /> Kaneohe, Hawaii <br /> SSFM assisted the University of Hawaii, Hawaii Natural Energy <br /> Institute (HNEI) with environmental compliance and permitting for <br /> HNEI's proposed improvements and their renewable energy <br /> demonstration project on Moku 0 Loe (aka Coconut Island). <br /> Improvements included development of a new renewable energy <br /> generation, storage, and distribution system. <br /> Estimated Cost: $10,000 (fees) <br /> Noise Attenuation Keaukaha Subdivision, Phase 2 <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> rfw. State Project No AH1071-16 <br /> SSFM assisted with the development of a communication plan for <br /> the Hilo Community and the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands <br /> and Department of Transportation. Services involved outreach <br /> services that included attendance at meetings with the Keaukaha <br /> community and additional meetings with the community's Noise <br /> Sub-Committee Representative throughout the project. <br /> Estimated Cost: $35,200 (fees) <br />
