Projects will <br /> consist of bicycle paths, protected bike lanes, and other bicycle <br /> facilities which lead to transit stations or bus transit centers. <br /> Estimated cost$100,000 (fees) <br /> Downtown Hilo Multi-Modal Mobility Master Plan and County <br /> of Hawaii Complete Streets Program, Downtown Hilo, Hawaii <br /> 111, Island, Various locations on Hawaii Island <br /> SSFM provided professional planning services for the preparation <br /> of the Downtown Hilo Multi-Modal Master Plan and the County's <br /> : . � I Complete Streets Program. The Downtown Hilo Multi-modal <br /> Master Plan will establish a community-driven Master Plan for <br /> t.. policies, programs, and projects which will improve overall mobility <br /> 4 — throughout the Downtown area and provide multi-modal <br /> W G, connections to high activity locations.
