This is a statewide plan mandated by Chapter 205A of <br /> the Hawai`i Revised Statutes. The ORMP plan provides a <br /> framework for integrated coastal management that aligns the <br /> management agency jurisdictions of the federal, state, and county <br /> levels of the State of Hawaii resource managers. <br /> Estimated Cost: $265,000 (fees) <br /> Interstate Route H1 Corridor Study <br /> Island of Oahu, Various locations, Honolulu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM was the Prime Consultant responsible for the <br /> kms; comprehensive analysis study of this highway corridor. With the <br /> recent update of the Oahu Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP) <br /> the Hawaii Department of Transportation required a comprehensive <br /> ��. analysis study of this corridor, specifically the Interstate Route H-1, <br /> for the purpose of identifying the future capacity needs on the <br /> interstate, along with an alternatives and feasibility analysis on <br /> short-, mid- and long-term congestion and capacity improvements. <br /> Estimated Cost: $1.99 million (fees) <br /> Department of Defense, Interoperable Mobile Broadband Data <br /> tr.th.t..r.Mln,Canilnuwn <br /> System Planning <br /> DAGS Job No. 26-14-7498 <br /> _ Statewide, Hawaii <br /> E SSFM was the Prime Consultant responsible for developing a <br /> i _ Strategic Plan for the State of Hawaii that provided a sound basis <br /> _ for the development of a Statewide Interoperable Mobile <br /> -� Broadband Network through either First Net or the "opt-out" <br /> provisions of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act. <br /> Estimated cost$250,000 (fees) <br /> Ahukini Lydgate Bike Pedestrian Path <br /> Island of Kauai <br /> SSFM provided the Section 106 consultation and the environmental <br /> • process for the Ahukini to Lydgate Landing Shared Use Path. This <br /> work had been started by another consultant who was unable to <br /> • complete it. The effort involved additional outreach to Native <br /> Hawaiian Organizations and a public meeting to determine whether <br /> further information and/or impacts on resources were needed to be <br /> considered or addressed. <br /> Ahukini to Lydgate is one of six sections of an 8-10 foot wide <br /> shared use path through former cane haul roads, shared space <br /> along a golf course, and res-use of a historic railroad bridge. <br /> Restrooms, trailhead parking, and scenic overlooks at three (3) <br /> locations. <br />
