<br /> Project Manager- Provided damage assessment reports, construction plans, specifications and cost estimates for
<br /> the main breakwater, rock revetment, parking lot, boat washdown and drainage improvements, utility upgrades,
<br /> a drainage evaluation,wave modelling and report, an Environmental Assessment, and all required permits. The
<br /> e. main breakwater that is supposed to protect the harbor, has undergone major repairs in the past due to wave
<br /> damage. The most recent wave damage occurred in January 2020, rendering the marginal wooden wharf and
<br /> much of the harbor utilities unusable. The proposed improvements will strengthen the compromised
<br /> breakwater, construct a sand berm along the shoreline to prevent sand from accumulating on the boat ramp and
<br /> replace or repair damaged infrastructure. Estimated Construction Cost: Main Breakwater-$4.62 M,
<br /> Infrastructure Improvements: $1.16 M
