The purpose of the inspection <br /> was to satisfy requirements of the U.S. r <br /> Environmental Protection Agency <br /> . <br /> • <br /> Administrative Order. H I 41.) <br /> ' <br /> SE performed inspections on the outfall <br /> in 1987, 1990, 2001, 2005, 2011, 2012, ` ' f <br /> and again in September of 2018. The <br /> inspection was conducted by a five-man <br /> dive team using SCUBA and covered the submerged length of the outfall.
