COUNTY OF HAWAII I PL.4)COMMUNITY PLANNING(COMMUNITY/REGIONAL PLANS,GENERAL PLAN,CLIMATE ADAPTATION) <br /> Project Manager.Matt oversaw the Water and Wastewater utility capacity studies,coordinated efforts across Water, <br /> Wastewater,and Electrical studies,and managed schedule,scope,and budget.This DPRI Phase 2 study analyzes existing <br /> electrical,water,and wastewater capacity at a preliminary planning level of detail.The Department of Defense is relocating <br /> Marine Corps forces and families from Okinawa to the island of Oahu.These Phase 2 studies analyze proposed relocation sites <br /> and present a comprehensive report of existing conditions and potential constraints. <br /> Marine Corps Base Hawaii(MCBH)Home Basing Environmental Assessment(EA), <br /> Naval Facilities Engineering Command,Pacific;Oahu,HI 2022 <br /> Project Manager.Matt oversaw Air Quality and Cultural Resources analyses for the NEPA EA,coordinated with MCBH cultural <br /> e. resources SMEs,and managed schedule,scope,and budget.The proposed action includes the home-basing of new aircraft at <br /> MCBH and construction of supporting infrastructure.
