<br /> PBR HAWAII & Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm founded and based in
<br /> Hawaii for 54 years. We have a staff of 40 dedicated individuals, most of whom are accredited by
<br /> professional organizations in their respective fields. PBR HAWAII has five licensed landscape
<br /> architects, three certified planners (AICP), and five LEED Accredited Professionals (two LEED AP
<br /> BD+C, one LEED AP ID+C, one SITES AP), and one Ph.D. Over the years, we have worked with
<br /> nearly all county and state agencies that impact land use, and most of Hawai'i's prominent
<br /> landowners.

<br /> educational material, and infographics;
<br /> • Market, fiscal, and economic analyses, for critical insights to market context and costs
<br /> and benefits of a project in terms of local expenditures, employment and earnings for
<br /> residents, and impacts to State and county government revenues and expenditures; and
<br /> • Hawaiian cultural sustainable design concepts, including place-based sustainable
<br /> design and cultural advising, providing guidance on how to honor and incorporate
<br /> Hawaiian culture into projects, and orienting clients new to Hawaii with an introduction to
