llt TETRA TECH <br /> County of Hawaii-Statement of Qualifications for Fiscal Year 2025 <br /> Client(s) Project Name Description Period of <br /> Performance <br /> Auwahi Wind Farm Project has a generating capacity of approximately 21 MW,augmented with an energy <br /> storage system.Tetra Tech conducted various biological surveys and led the environmental permitting for the <br /> 21-megawatt(MW)Auwahi Wind Farm.Tetra Tech prepared an EIS compliant with Chapter 343 of the HRS <br /> and HAR§ 11-200 to evaluate the potential impacts to sensitive environmental resources associated with <br /> Auwahi Wind construction and operation of the wind farm.Desktop and field-based analyses were conducted for potential <br /> Energy,LLC biological,cultural,visual,air,and sound resources that could be affected by the project.To address potential <br /> (Sempra Auwahi Wind Farm incidental impacts to four listed species,Tetra Tech worked with the USFWS and the Hawaii Department of 2009 to present <br /> Renewables/ Land and Natural Resources(DLNR)/Division of Forestry and Wildlife(DOFAW)to develop a joint HCP to <br /> AEP) obtain an Incidental Take Permit (ITP) and an Incidental Take License (ITL) issued by these agencies, <br /> respectively. A NEPA-compliant EA for the USFWS was also prepared to evaluate potential impacts <br /> associated with issuance of the ITP, approval of the HCP, and implementation of proposed mitigation <br /> activities. Tetra Tech developed the HCP amendment and Chapter 343 Supplemental EIS (SEIS)for the <br /> Project.Tetra Tech continues to support the project by providing ongoing environmental compliance support. <br /> Brookfield Tetra Tech is managing the overall HCP implementation and take permit compliance at the operational <br /> Renewable facilities, each with their own HCP. Ongoing responsibilities include implementation of post-construction <br /> Partners Kaheawa Wind monitoring for take of Covered Species,onsite vegetation management and predator control,and acoustic 2019 to present <br /> (Terraform Project I and II bat monitoring,Tetra Tech conducts regular canine carcasses searches and bias correction trials,prepares <br /> Power) compliance reports per the projects' HCPs, and leads agency coordination. Furthermore, Tetra Tech <br /> supports HCP-required mitigation implementation for each of the covered species. <br /> Brookfield Tetra Tech is managing the overall HCP implementation and take permit compliance at the operational <br /> Renewable facility.Ongoing responsibilities include implementation of post-construction monitoring for take of Covered <br /> Partners Kahuku Wind Project Species, onsite vegetation management and predator control, and acoustic bat monitoring, Tetra Tech 2019 to present <br /> (Terraform conducts regular canine carcasses searches and bias correction trials,prepares compliance reports per the <br /> Power) projects HCP, and leads agency coordination. Furthermore, Tetra Tech supports HCP-required mitigation <br /> implementation for the Hawaiian hoary bat. <br /> Tetra Tech provides comprehensive environmental program support to VZW in Hawaii. This includes <br /> environmental planning and impact analysis(NEPA,HEPA,and National Historic Preservation Act,Section <br /> Environmental 106, and ESA), including compliance with the Federal Communications Commission Nationwide <br /> Verizon Wireless Programmatic Programmatic Agreement.The Project includes conducting surveys for the endangered Hawaiian hawk at 2015 to present <br /> (VZW) Support and Mobi several sites.Tetra Tech also provides environmental due diligence(Phase I ESM),site investigation,site <br /> PCS Acquisition cleanup, hazardous materials surveys, abatement management (asbestos and lead-based paint), and <br /> construction health and safety support for the VZW telecom portfolio.Tetra Tech has supported work at over <br /> 75 VZW sites to date. <br /> Tetra Tech prepared a City and County of Honolulu Conditional Use Permit and Waiver application as well as <br /> Confidential Confidential Project a Joint Development Agreement Application for a solar project located in Waianae,Oahu.Tetra Tech also <br /> Client #6 managed the archaeological inventory survey and consultation process with State Historic Preservation 2013 to 2016 <br /> District,the biological studies,and the delineation of wetlands and waters.Tetra Tech also provided support <br /> with acquiring building permits for project related transmission and substation infrastructure. <br /> PAGE 13 <br />
