llt TETRATECH <br /> County of Hawaii-Statement of Qualifications for Fiscal Year 2025 <br /> Client(s) Project Name Description Period of <br /> Performance <br /> Tetra Tech is contracted by Hickam Communities LLC to facilitate the characterization, cleanup, and <br /> management of pesticide-impacted soil at housing units across Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam(JBPHH), <br /> Oahu,Hawaii.In addition,Tetra Tech performs indoor air sampling and hazardous materials surveys within <br /> Hickam's historic neighborhoods. <br /> Hickam Environmental During HC's redevelopment activities,Tetra Tech has provided the following services:characterizing residual <br /> Communities Support Program at pesticides in soil using MIS sampling;creating field sampling plans(FSPs),health and safety plans(HASPs), 2006 to present <br /> LLC Joint Base Pearl and results reports;implementing soil management including import and export material characterization and <br /> Harbor-Hickam soil disposal profiling and completing reports; and air monitoring. Tetra Tech has also been overseeing <br /> pesticide-impacted soil management/excavation; long-term soil management planning and implementation <br /> including creating a Land Use Controls Inventory Document(LUCID); leading technical discussions and <br /> providing input to government and regulatory agencies;collecting asbestos and air samples and conducting <br /> Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments(ESAs). <br /> U.S.Army Environmental <br /> Residential Condition of Property Tetra Tech performed several ECP reports for multiple locations on military properties in Hawaii in support of 2008 to 2010 <br /> Communities (ECP)Reports, property transfers. <br /> Initiative Various Locations,HI <br /> Environmental <br /> Army Hawaii Closure Report Tetra Tech prepared an ECR that summarized site assessment and remediation related to pesticide- <br /> Family Housing (ECR)for Porter impacted soil excavation in the Porter residential neighborhood at Schofield Barracks. 2009 to 2011 <br /> Neighborhood, <br /> Oahu,HI <br /> Hilo Target and The scope of this project included:devising a sampling plan to address potential soil contamination at the <br /> Safeway Stores Site <br /> Target site; conducting a Site Investigation, hazardous materials survey, soil and sediment sampling, using both 2011 to <br /> Corporation Investigation and multi-increment and discrete sampling strategies;implemented remedial action;and providing oversight of all Present <br /> Remedial Action, on-site demolition and redevelopment.Perform annual EHMP inspections. <br /> Hilo,HI <br /> Brownfields <br /> Redevelopment The scope of this project included:completing pre-transaction Site Inspection and Phase I ESA;completing <br /> Support at a Mixed- site investigation,including soil,groundwater,and soil gas sampling;collecting over 1,500 bulk samples for <br /> use Commercial asbestos analysis as part of the regulated hazardous material surveys at the three on-site structures; <br /> Property with Former <br /> Target preparing the project deliverables and submitted them to Hawaii DOH for review directing the 10-week long <br /> Corporation Gas Station, 2011 to 2013 <br /> removal action,which resulted in approximately 305 tons of ACM,6 tons of hazardous materials,and 800 <br /> Automobile Repair pounds of hazardous waste being removed and properly disposed of at off-site facilities;coordinating field <br /> Facility,and activities and directed multiple subcontractor crews;and providing oversight of the 7-week long demolition <br /> Suspected Dry phase including conducting real-time air monitoring and air sampling <br /> Cleaning Operations, <br /> Kailua,HI <br /> PAGE 16 <br />
