Originally held monthly, the meetings are now <br /> quarterly. The purpose is to address issues before they escalate to formal grievances or <br /> lawsuits, often resolving matters informally. These discussions include policy matters and <br /> provide an opportunity for concerns to be raised and dealt with through the chain of <br /> command.
