Ian Thompson, I'm the chef, owner. <br />Nishimoto: Can you please describe your business. <br />Thompson: It's a full -service restaurant, serving mostly gyoza, and steamed buns, <br />noodles, big rice bowls. <br />Nishimoto: Have you received the application report? <br />Thompson: I have. <br />Nishimoto: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Thompson: No. <br />Nishimoto: Is there any public testimony? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Nishimoto: Commission, discussion, questions? <br />Taniguchi: This is on the corner, yeah? <br />Thompson: Yeah, where Grandma's Kitchen used to be. <br />Nishimoto: Any other questions, discussion? <br />Okabe: So, Grandma's Kitchen, did it move someplace else? <br />Thompson: No, they retired.
