Thompson: Yeah, we, my wife and I kind of developed the concept, she's from Japan. <br />So, we were in Osaka like two years ago, and we fell in love with gyoza on that trip, and <br />we came back and started a food booth, just at the Hamakua Harvest Farmer's Market. <br />And that was going really good, we got really great feedback, and then Grandma's <br />became available. We didn't plan on opening a restaurant, it just kind of happened. <br />I've been in restaurants my whole career, and just wanted to do a booth, but it's right <br />there. We live in town so we can walk to the restaurant and everything, so we had to <br />make a go of it. <br />Nishimoto: Thank you.
