Thompson: Yeah, we, my wife and I kind of developed the concept, she's from Japan. So, we were in Osaka like two years ago, and we fell in love with gyoza on that trip, and we came back and started a food booth, just at the Hamakua Harvest Farmer's Market. And that was going really good, we got really great feedback, and then Grandma's became available. We didn't plan on opening a restaurant, it just kind of happened. I've been in restaurants my whole career, and just wanted to do a booth, but it's right there. We live in town so we can walk to the restaurant and everything, so we had to make a go of it.
