Lucy's Taqueria Inc., dba Lucy's, RE: Application No. 20-36, <br />approval of request to extend the time issuance of the liquor license for <br />good cause shown for an additional 12 months, from September 2, 2024, <br />to and including September 2, 2025, by letter received July 10, 2024, of its <br />Restaurant General liquor license, Category B2, located at 98 Ponahawai <br />Street, Hilo, Hawaii. <br />Passage requires finding of good cause pursuant to Rule 4-2(M) of <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the County <br />of Hawaii.
