Hawaii County Scenic Resources Inventory and Mapping Project <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />the visual and environmental concerns of the <br />community in terms of the Town's hillsides and <br />ridgelines. <br />Guidelines are instructive in nature. They suggest a <br />variety of means by which the applicant might <br />comply with the standards.
