HONG: Fair to say you're adjusting the minimum qualifications for the positiona part of <br />it? <br />MR. OKINAKA: Not minimum qualifications. No. <br />MR. HONG: Then what are you —well, let me ask this question. Part of the recruitment for <br />Jonah's position, he was —in terms of his ranking —he was ranked —he was given that rank <br />because one of the aspects of it was he had a bachelor's degree? <br />MR. OKINAKA: No. <br />MR. HONG: That didn't count at all? <br />MR. OKINAKA: Not at the time. No. <br />MR. HONG: Okay. What about his certificate as a EMT? <br />MR. OKINAKA: No. <br />CHR.
