c) Interpret or amend Charter Section 10-15 (c) 3 and County Code Section 2- <br /> 214.1 c) 3 referring to natural resource buffer zones to include buffer zones <br /> for natural hazard areas, such as properties facing sea level rise, lava <br /> inundation, steep slopes, or identified priority viewsheds.
