Why are they trying to develop a process for the County to reclassify State land use <br /> boundaries? <br /> What are the County long-range plans? <br /> Pages 80, 82 & 87 mention the TDR Program and THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN THIS <br /> PROGRAM <br /> 9.d Define the types of open space that are sought to be protected and establish <br /> standards to be applied to ensure its protection. <br /> Will this definition be able to take private lands away? <br /> 9.e Conduct a review and re-evaluation of the real property tax structure to simplify <br /> and assure compatibility with land use goals and policies <br /> What are their "goals and polices"? <br /> 9.f Study the feasibility, issues, and opportunities related to the development of a <br /> TDR program to strategically preserve open space and achieve density to remain <br /> consistent with the land use pattern in accordance with the General Plan Land Use <br /> Maps. <br /> The General Plan doesn't explain what TDR means.
