Merit Appeals Board October 4, 2024 <br />Now, this is a summary of the communication, but I just want to state that on the correspondence <br />that Mr. Enriquez sent in, he's asking for the recusal of —and this is the name that he has in his <br />letter to the Merit Appeals Board and to the Office of the Corporation Counsel, the name of <br />"Gloria Cabanas" —so let the record reflect that. <br />MR.
