Seconded by <br />Commissioner Mattos, with no discussion, the motion carried unanimously. Executive <br />session convened at 11:58 a.m. <br />Motion to reconvene open session made by Commissioner Cushnie, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wolf, with no discussion, it carried unanimously. The regular session <br />reconvened at 12:07 p.m. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Chair Kosaki announced the next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February <br />27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Building A, Council Chambers. <br />There is the Hawaii Wildfire Summit scheduled for February 27-28. The commission <br />discussed potential dates for the next meeting.
