CABANAS: We are now on the "Director's Report""MAB Monthly Divisional <br />Activity Report" for the month of December, 2024. <br />We have a letter from the Director of Human Resources, Sommer Tokihiro, that she is off -island <br />with her Deputy attending negotiations (SEE ATT. A). So, she's not present today to address <br />any questions we may have. However, we may look at it and we'll go from there. <br />Board members, what are —what's your preference? Did you want to accept and file the <br />"Director's Report" or put it on hold for the next meeting and ask the Director any questions that <br />you may have? <br />SPEAKER: (Inaudible.) <br />CHR.
