Lee, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Office of the Corporation <br />Counsel, came forward.) <br />MR. HONG: Good morning, Madam Chair, members of the Commission. I had the opportunity <br />to speak with Mr. Lee, and I communicated with Mr. Lee that the department has informed my <br />client that they would make up for any lost wages once he is established in the permanent <br />position. <br />Page 6 <br />
