Merit Appeals Board February 25, 2025
CHR. CABANAS: Yes. You may, kind of, want to look at this
MS. TOKIHIRO: Okay.
CHR. CABANAS: —for the
MS. TOKIHIRO: Noted —I'll talk to Michelle about that.
CHR. CABANAS: Yeah —okay. And then, NeoGov doesn't I see there they have an
enhancement, so now there's no breakdown of the applications by type of recruitment?
MS. TOKIHIRO: I think we're working with —Michelle is working with NeoGov to see if
there's new reports that are capturing this information —it may be captured a little bit differently.
CHR. CABANAS: Okay.
MS. TOKIHIRO: But she's working with NeoGov to get more information on how to run the
reports to extract the information that we were previously providing
CHR. CABANAS: Okay.
MS. TOKIHIRO: So, working on that.
CHR. CABANAS: Okay. Any other —any questions, Board members? If not, do I have a
motion to accept and file this MAB Quarterly Report for October through December 2024?
We're going to take it separately, all the reports, so —I'll need a motion for this one.
MS. MATHEWS: So moved.
MS. BOND: I second.
CHR. CABANAS: Thank you. Any discussion?
MS. MATHEWS: I have one quick question.
CHR. CABANAS: Yes?
MS. MATHEWS: The Vehicle Equipment Report —he's not counting the cat, but the human
interactions. Do we have any kind of security cameras or is there any consequence for anybody
doing this? I realize that there's —it's hard to keep people in line. I was just wondering if
anybody —if there's ever been any consequence for any of these actions?
MS. TOKIHIRO: So, at different facilities, there are certain facilities that the County has where
there's security cameras where we can readily obtain the footage. That's not the case at all of
our various sites.
Page 8
