CABANAS: Moving along to the next report—MAB Divisional —Monthly Divisional Activity Report for the month of January 2025. Okay, let's look at that one. MAB Monthly Divisional Activity Report: January 2025 MS. TOKIHIRO: In January our Personnel and Organizational Development Division was able to bring in a trainer from Grant Management USA regarding that provided training on how to search for and apply for grants, which was a great training because so many of our departments now are looking at grants and finding more ways to supplement our own funding. So, that was an exciting training for everyone to be —for people to be able to participate in, so that they can get guidance on how to search that out. So, that was exciting in January. We're always looking for ways to supplement training that is provided by the County with other offerings that we don't have available, but that we can bring people in to provide additional information. A lot of our divisions in HR are really busy at this point, working on the new software that's going to replace our current software, which is FRESH or Eden. And so, working on the Human Resources Module, we have meetings every week and they're broken down by these various Page 9
