STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC This Commission will accept both written testimony and oral testimony. Oral testimony can be provided at the beginning of the meeting, when the respective agenda is called, or at the sole discretion of the Chair. Each Commissioner will provide updates and share concerns about their respective districts; Commissioners to decide on whether to add those topics at the next meeting and to invite the public to provide testimonies and presentations at their meeting. Review and Discussion, Planning Department’s “Final Recommended Draft General Plan 2045” and its recommendations relating to the preservation of subsistence hunting, fishing and traditional and cultural gathering rights. b.
