<br />Executive Session: This Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive <br />sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and <br />92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues <br />pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A two-thirds <br />(2/3) vote pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statute Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive <br />session. Executive sessions are closed to the public. <br /> <br />Note: This meeting shall be automatically recessed for up to 30 minutes to restore communication <br />when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all Commission members <br />participating in the meeting or with the “in-person” location identified in this agenda. This meeting <br />may be in-person when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only <br />communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual <br />communication.
