The ADRC <br />follows the Fully Functional ADRC guidelines. <br />The ADRC provides information, awareness, and referrals island wide. Aging and Disability Service Specialists <br />work from our Hilo and Kailua Kona offices. <br />Specialist are prepared to help individuals find information on supports and services provided throughout the <br />island. They are also available to meet with individuals, caregivers, and families to provide Options <br />Counseling to help people plan for long-term support needs. The ADRC makes referrals and/or connections <br />to resources, supports, and programs that help maintain independence, dignity, and health.
