If it is determined that the owner1rider's horse is detrimental to the <br />safety alnd health of other ownilers/riders, County of Hawail'i emp�oyieies, <br />volunteers, Patrons, the public, Lessees, Renteeis, or other animals, the <br />Administrator is authorized to require that the horse be remiloveid <br />immediately. <br />4. Dleiposits, Fees, and Related Charges <br />The Rentee sh all make their required reistoration deposit at the time they <br />submit their Stall Rental Agreement to the County of Hawai). The <br />restoration, deposit shall be refunded after expiration of the Stall Rental <br />Agreement provided the Stall has been inspected by the Administrator and <br />confirmed restored to an acceptable coniditiion, The Department s,hall utilize <br />any or all of the restoration deposit to cover the costs of repaiirs and <br />lc�eanlngl of the Stall, When repairs by the, County exceed the Rent�ee's <br />restoration deposit, the Renteie shall be responsible to reimburse the <br />balance to the County immediately, Failure to make the County whole shall <br />be Justification for disquallification of any/all future lotteries or StaIll rental <br />requests. <br />1,3 <br />
