Stal�l Rental Agreements assigned by the liott�ery shaill be paid on an <br />annual or quarterly basis only. Annual and initial quarterly rental fees <br />shall be dUe and payable on the day the prospective Rentee submits <br />their completed Stall Rental Agreement form to the Administrator, All <br />subsequent quarterly payments shall be d'ue and payable to the <br />Administrator on the first day of the corresponding quarterly period <br />(January 1 It, April 1 5t, July 1 and Oct 111); or, if the first day is, a <br />weekenA or state holiday, it shall be submitted no later than the next <br />business day following such, <br />bSubject toapproval of the Administrator, annUal-basis Rentees i'nay <br />elect to pay their stall rental fee on a quarterly basis,: a�nd such <br />payments shall; follow the q�uarterl�y fees in the above, taWe a!nd are due <br />on, the dates estabilished in Item a (abovei), Once! an annual -basis <br />Rentee opts to pay on a quarterly basis, they cannot change the basis <br />of theiir paymeinit schedule. <br />c. Quarterly and daily basis Rentees, in good standingshaill be allowed <br />first right of refusal for successive extension periods within the <br />calendar year, <br />1 If Stalls are, available or if Stalls become available dUring the year, then <br />quarterly rentals will be allowed on a first -come, first -served basis, <br />Quarterly rental fees shall cover the three (3)i month periods beginninig <br />January 15t, April Isi, July 1st, and Octobe,r ist unless otherwilse <br />designated by the Administrator. <br />e.
