Statements fromthe public will be <br />taken nowor when the respective agenda item is called. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />1.Police Chief Benjamin Moszkowicz’s Request to Withdraw HisResignation <br />The Police Commission will: (1) allow Police Chief Benjamin Moszkowicz an <br />opportunity to provide a statement regarding his request to withdraw his resignation; <br />(2) open thefloor to any questions the Police Commissionersmay have regarding <br />Police Chief Moszkowicz’s statement; and (3) consider whether to approvePolice <br />Chief Moszkowicz’s request to withdraw his resignation. <br />2.Discussion of Agenda items related to the Position of Chief of Police for the <br />Police Commission’s Meeting on July 18, 2025.
