Hawaii Police Commission <br />Special Meeting Agenda <br />July 10, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br />or discipline of an officer or employee or of charges brought against the officer or <br />employee, where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involvedand/or to <br />consult with the commission’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the <br />commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The next regular meeting is scheduled for Friday, July 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the <br />Kailua-Kona, HI. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Submitting Written Testimony: Written testimony may be submitted via email at <br />Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov, by mail, or in person to the Police Commission’s office at <br />noon, two business days before the meeting. <br />Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will <br />hear public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is <br />called, or as allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) <br />minutes; please plan accordingly. <br />The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities. If you <br />Special Assistance: <br />need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, contact the <br />commission’s secretary by phone at (808) 932-2950 or by email at <br />Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov as soon as possible, preferably three days before the <br />meeting date.
