Turalde to accept the April <br /> 15, 2025, minutes. <br /> LT: Any discussion. <br /> RD: Yes, I'd like to add a correction to the minutes under discussion on the commissioners' reports, <br /> under my district 1 report, Robert Duerr District 1 ask the question, were the reason why the <br /> cancellation of an agenda item with a presentation was in place and I asked, that agenda item, <br /> was on the general plan presentation was with Mr. Chuck Flaherty, and I asked a question what <br /> was the reasons, Sunshine Law, Robert Rules, Hawaii County Code, or Hawaii Revise Statues? <br /> What was the problem? In any of those, that led to the cancellation of an agenda item.
