Treasurer's Report on Committee's budget and spending, FY 2024-2025 <br /> c. Treasurer updates since last regular meeting <br /> VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> A. (February agenda item) Equal Pay Project: Equal pay social media campaign gift cards <br /> available <br /> IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Establishment of Sub-Committees and responsibilities <br /> a. Legislation &Advocacy Sub-Committee (LEG): This subcommittee shall be <br /> responsible for monitoring the State of Hawaii legislative session with the <br /> assistance of the HSCSW County of Hawaii Chair (January-April) and monitoring <br /> of the CofH County Council. The purpose of this subcommittee is to report to <br /> CSW current state legislative & county council items for possible CSW action or <br /> advocacy that impact the women and girls of the County of Hawaii. This <br /> committee shall propose recommendations to CSW for action when needed and <br /> to represent CSW for the purpose of advocacy when required. <br /> b. Community & Outreach Sub-Committee (C&O): This subcommittee shall be <br /> responsible for handling initial requests for CSW support not related to <br /> legislative or council issues. The purpose of this subcommittee is to maintain <br /> open communication and build positive relationships with our Hawaii Island <br /> Community and Agencies through activities, outreach, public communications <br /> that engage those we represent and to act as an informational resource. This <br /> subcommittee shall also maintain the calendar of community events that may <br /> be of interest or serve the women and girls of Hawaii Island. <br />
