Liquor Commission <br />Big Island Booch Inc. <br />dba The Booch Bar <br />Page 2 <br />JULY 13, 2021: <br />Licensee allowed its customers to drink and/or display in public view intoxicating liquors <br />on the County of Hawaii sidewalk, in violation of Rule 4-2(H) of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the County of Hawaii and Section 14-1(a)(1) <br />of the Hawaii County Code. <br />Current licensee was assessed a penalty in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), <br />to be paid within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the Decision and Order for said <br />violation. <br />Payment was submitted on time. <br />PENDING APPLICATION FOR LIQUOR LICENSE: Under Application 25-02, Applicant <br />is concurrently applying for the following: <br />1. Add its current Restaurant General liquor license, Category B 1(REST-G-943) as an <br />additional location to its pending Small Craft Producer Pub liquor license, Category A <br />located at 230 Kekuanaoa Street, Hilo; <br />2. Increase in its current Licensed Premises to include an adjacent unit consisting of 1,200 <br />square feet; <br />3. Change in Category of its current licensed premises to B2, from its Restaurant General <br />liquor license, Category B 1. <br />LOCATION OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located at <br />230 Kekuanaoa Street, Hilo, Hawaii. For further information, please refer to <br />Exhibit 1 attached.
