Liquor Commission <br />Big Island Booch Inc. <br />dba The Booch Bar <br />Page 3 <br />DETAILS OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is situated in a commercial <br />building consisting of approximately 20,000 square feet; however, Applicant currently occupies <br />approximately 13,000 square feet. Currently, Hawaii Farm -to -Car operated by Ho`61a Farms, <br />operates out of a space within this commercial building, however, they will be relocating in <br />October 2025. Upon their relocation, Applicant will take over this space and incorporate it with <br />its current operation, to which their licensed premises will be approximately 20,000 square feet. <br />For further information, refer to Exhibit 2 attached. <br />KIND OF BUSINESS: Applicant has been manufacturing kombucha at this location from July <br />2015 and would like to start manufacturing hard kombucha as well. The proposed licensed <br />premises will be for manufacturing/bottling only. Applicant does not plan to have retail sales to <br />the public or on -premises consumption at this location. <br />Applicant is open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. — 8:00 p.m. and employment consists of <br />approximately seven (7) employees. <br />
