Liquor Commission <br />Sean's Kitchen LLC <br />dba Sean's Kitchen <br />Page 2 <br />LOCATION OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located at the Kopiko Plaza, <br />75-5660 Kopiko Street, Suite B5 and B6, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. For further information, <br />please refer to Exhibit 2 and Exhibit 3 attached. <br />DETAILS OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises, Suite B5 and B6, consists of <br />approximately 3,168 square feet. Suite B5, the former location of TJ's Pau Hana Hale <br />(DG-906), is approximately 1,056 square feet and is adjacent to Suite B6, which is <br />approximately 2,112 square feet. The interior of the proposed licensed premises consists of <br />kitchen facilities, two separate food prep areas, two separate dining areas, two separate ordering <br />counters, a bar with stools and storage. Suite B5 and B6 has its own entrance/exit and is <br />currently two separate units, however, Applicant is currently working on obtaining proper <br />permits with the Department of Public Works, Building Division, to internally connect the two <br />units. For further information, refer to Exhibit 4 attached. <br />Common shared separate men and women restrooms are located adjacent to Suite B6, and ample <br />parking is available throughout the shopping complex.
