<br /> Tanner is the Project Manager overseeing the design and preparation of construction plans for roadway improvements. The
<br /> project is intended to reduce traffic congestion, improve traffic flow and improve operations and safety along this roadway.
<br /> Improvements include widening roadway from two lanes to four lanes, 5-ft wide shared shoulders,sidewalks, bioswales, and
<br /> addition of continuous two-way left turn lane. Estimated construction cost: $25.5 million
