BC is providing program management support to the Honolulu Board of Water Supply Water System Operations Division.Work includes developing a rehabilitation and replacement plan for immediate and long-term repair and maintenance for the Honolulu Board of Water Supply pump stations.This involves performing condition assessments of more than 170 pump stations and associated facilities across Oahu.Additionally, BC is conducting capital improvement program project development and prioritization for each pump station and facility,assessing the organization's structure,supporting the refinement of work processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and providing engineering support for repair and replacement projects.
