Project <br /> Masters in City Planner and Manager for the. The Planning component of this project was <br /> Planning, Harvard designated by HDOT to be conducted under the guidelines of a context <br /> University (1975) sensitive solutions process, one of the first for the State. Project also <br /> includes preparation of an Environmental Assessment report in <br /> Ph.D. in Planning, compliance with NEPA and Title 11, Chapter 200, HRS for the widening <br /> University of Hawaii and improvement of the existing highway. Length of the highway study <br /> (2009) area approximately 10.5 miles. <br /> REGISTRATION I Feasibility Study for a New Mauka Road from Lihue to Hanamaulu on the <br /> Fellow, American Island of Kauai. Project Manager. Tasks included preparing sub area <br /> Institute of Certified circulation analysis, functional classification study and alignment options. <br /> Planners I Interstate Route H-1 Corridor Study, Island of Oahu. Project Manager. <br /> Identify and assess feasibility of future options to increase capacity, <br /> improve safety and provide for demands. Includes an assessment of <br /> parallel and connecting facilities. <br /> I Development of an Outreach and Education Program Plan, State of <br /> Hawaii, Department of Defense. Project Manager. Support to State of <br /> Hawaii in its consultation with national FirstNet system for 800 Mhz <br /> communications spectrum devoted to public safety. Work involves <br /> formation of a governance system, technical systems coordination to <br /> assemble assets data, outreach and education. <br /> I Honolulu Complete Streets project. Principal in Charge. Includes <br /> preparation of a Design Standards Manual, implementation of designs for <br /> up to twenty sites, training and outreach. <br /> Hawaii County Complete Streets Program and Downtown Hilo Mobility <br /> Study. Project Manager. Includes preparation of a multi-modal plan for <br /> downtown Hilo with parking, circulation, transit, pedestrian, and bicycle <br /> elements. Also includes preparation of a program and manual to <br /> implement the County Complete Streets Policy. <br /> Update of the Lihue Development Plan. Project Manager. Lihue is most <br /> populated district on the Island of Kauai. Assessed infrastructure and <br /> landowner plans in relation to future growth potential.
