<br /> Oliver has over 5 years of experience providing community, transportation and
<br /> climate and resilience planning in Hawaii, on the U.S. mainland, and across
<br /> the Pacific. He is a systems thinker who is passionate about reaching planning
<br /> _ solutions informed by robust public engagement supported by data analysis.
<br /> He has worked with a wide range of clients from small rural communities to

<br /> I Maui County Bicycle and Pedestrian Route Development and Wayfinding
<br /> Project, Kahului, Maui, Hawaii. Planner. Creation of a wayfinding signage
<br /> EDUCATION design manual for County of Maui that included customizable elements for
<br /> Master of Community each community. Pilot project explored implementation in Kahului.

<br /> University Oregon InDesign, community outreach including multiple public and stakeholder

<br /> Planners#34116 I Pulelehua Park Site Study, Maui, Hawaii. Planner. Provided proposal
<br /> support to develop a site selection study for the Proposed Pulelehua
<br /> County Park in West Maui. Project included development of a site
<br /> investigation to identify potential environmental and cultural conditions to
<br /> be mitigated in advance of development of a master plan.
<br /> I Lower Main Resurfacing, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. Planner. Provided
<br /> environmental permitting support to the resurfacing and road diet project
<br /> for Lower Main Street in Wailuku. Permitting included federal permits for
<br /> Section 106, NEPA Categorical Exclusion, Section 7, and county permits
<br /> for Special management area, HRS 343, HRS 6E and HRS 195d.
<br /> I Ke`eaumoku Complete Streets, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. Planner. Helped
<br /> with the redesign of Ke`eaumoku Street between Wilder Ave and
<br /> Kapi`olani Blvd to include all modes of travel including protected bike
<br /> lanes and improved pedestrian safety. Responsible for design input and
<br /> community outreach.
<br /> Adapt Waikiki 2050, O`ahu, Hawaii. Planner. SSFM provided planning
<br /> services to support the outreach component of the Adapt Waikiki 2050
<br /> plan. The objective of the project was a mid to near term review of design
<br /> guidelines for the Waikiki Special District that can identify immediate
<br /> actions and future steps to mitigate the impact of sea level rise in Waikiki.
