Planner. Provided <br /> environmental permitting support to the resurfacing and road diet project <br /> for Lower Main Street in Wailuku. Permitting included federal permits for <br /> Section 106, NEPA Categorical Exclusion, Section 7, and county permits <br /> for Special management area, HRS 343, HRS 6E and HRS 195d. <br /> I Ke`eaumoku Complete Streets, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. Helped <br /> with the redesign of Ke`eaumoku Street between Wilder Ave and <br /> Kapi`olani Blvd to include all modes of travel including protected bike <br /> lanes and improved pedestrian safety.
