Preparation <br /> of a HRS 343-compliant EA to support Hawaii Electric Light Company's <br /> US Army Corps of (HELCO) long-term water lease application to the Board of Land and <br /> Engineers Section 404 Natural Resources (BLNR). In addition to the long-term water lease, <br /> Nationwide Permitting HELCO proposes to repower the Waiau Hydro Plant in Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> Lower Paia Beach Park Parking Lot Design and Permitting. Senior <br /> Environmental Planner. Preparation of an Exemption Declaration under <br /> HRS 343 for paving and striping existing gravel parking lot, as well as <br /> adding lighting.
