<br /> Fuel Oil Skimmer System (FOSS) units while the Oscar 2 Pier consists of five FOSS units. E2 conducted weekly,
<br /> monthly, and quarterly inspections and maintenance in order to keep both product recovery systems up and
<br /> running efficiently. E2 completed system repairs, oily product gauging of over 100 wells, fuel profile sampling,
