Environmental issues included potential impacts to marine waters and resources, <br /> coastal views, public recreation areas,and lighting. HHF also prepared an application to modify an earlier U.S.Army Corps of <br /> Engineers'permit to cover the fuel facilities. <br /> Project Cost: $365K <br />
