Mr. Hagihara worked in close coordination with <br /> multiple City and County of Honolulu departments and utility stakeholders to avoid potential conflicts for bikeshare stations. Informed by analysis and recommendations from a previous engineering study, Mr. Hagihara <br /> g• <br /> worked closely with Navy and MCB Hawaii stakeholders to develop a conceptual site planning report to protect the rifle ranges, <br /> retreat the short-distance ranges,and restore shoreline vegetation in an effort to make the Range more resilient to future shoreline <br /> erosion and sea level rise.The dynamic nature of the shoreline,and the relationship between marine and terrestrial resource <br /> components presented a complex environmental planning challenge. Mr. Hagihara and the HHF team conducted extensive <br /> research and interviewed the previous engineering team to evaluate potential shoreline impacts and establish trends in the <br /> shoreline surveys.This information was critical in support of the EA as well as the Marine Corps' ESA Section 7 and Magnusson- <br /> Stevens Act EFH consultations as well as the CZMA de minimis notification. <br /> Project Cost:$227K <br />
