Myounghee Noh &Associates, L.L.C. dba MNA Environmental <br /> Statement of Qualifications—July 2025 <br /> Past Experience <br /> Myounghee Noh& Associates, dba MNA Environmental (MNA), is a small environmental firm <br /> engaged in federal, state, county, and commercial projects since 1999. MNA provides proven <br /> excellence, nearly around the clock, for various government agencies in Hawaii and for US DoD <br /> in the Indo-Pacific region. Site investigations, environmental impact assessment and mitigation, <br /> and hazard mitigations supporting construction and renovation designs have been one of core <br /> services. <br /> MNA has been supporting the federal, state, and county government agencies as Environmental <br /> Designer of Record for numerous Architect-Engineer IDIQ contracts, including but are not <br /> limited to, environmentally and operationally sensitive sites such as waterfront, shipyards, <br /> airfields, communications, and armory projects. Many of the projects require the capabilities for <br /> and knowledge of NEPA!HEPA, installation procedures, and local regulations and practices, and <br /> MNA has contributed to numerous project successes with design and construction at DoD <br /> strategic locations. MNA is currently supporting the design of Dry Dock 5 development in Joint <br /> Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and Guam buildup as well as projects in Diego Garcia, the <br /> Republic of Palau, the Marshall Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). <br /> DoD Project Locations: <br /> MNA's projects have been in Hawaii and in the Pacific Rim. MNA has conducted site <br /> investigations per various design requirements,including but not are limited to: building hazardous <br /> materials surveys, soil and groundwater sampling and analysis, Basis of Design, specifications, <br /> DB/DBB RFPs, cost estimates for hazard abatement, and PCAS.
